Product Overview
Nexnice supplies insulated copper tubing with end-connection options for air-conditioning projects. In this paired configuration, flared ends and fitted nuts form part of the finished product specification alongside the copper tube dimensions.
The tube pair, insulation, and end connections should be ordered together. Selecting a pair diameter does not by itself define the nut thread, flare dimensions, or which ends receive fittings. A labeled drawing keeps those requirements clear.
Product Features and Options
Prepared Connection Arrangement
Identify the required flare geometry and nut size at each end of each tube. The finished assembly can then be reviewed against the equipment connections rather than relying on a general product photograph.
Paired Copper Dimensions
The insulated copper pair series includes six catalog size combinations. Use the tube OD and wall thickness for each side of the pair, then confirm that the selected combination is available with the required finished ends.
Insulation and Finished Length
Specify insulation material and thickness separately from the copper section. Define how finished length is measured, particularly if exposed tube ends or connectors are included in the overall assembly length.

Catalog supply length: 1–50 m. Select each tube against the equipment requirements.
Application and Selection
This configuration is for orders in which the equipment connection is already defined. It is particularly important to identify matching end details when multiple unit models use similar tube diameters.
Check the connection drawing before treating a supplied pair as ready for a particular unit. The final assembly must match the equipment’s tube, flare, nut, and insulation requirements; tube diameter alone is insufficient.
