Insulated Copper Pair Coil Overview
Nexnice insulated copper pair coils combine two copper tube sizes in one paired supply format. They are intended for air-conditioning connections where the equipment specifies separate tube diameters for the two lines.
The pair designation identifies both tubes. A 1/4 × 3/8 inch pair, for example, contains a 6.35 mm tube and a 9.52 mm tube. Each tube has its own wall thickness and insulation fit, so both dimensions belong on the purchase specification.
Product Features and Options
Matched Tube Combinations
The catalog provides six pair combinations, from 1/4 × 3/8 inch through 1/2 × 3/4 inch. The table keeps each outside diameter with its corresponding wall thickness, making it easier to match an equipment piping schedule.
Fitted Insulation
The illustrated insulation construction uses polyethylene layers, including an embossed outer film and foam insulation. Black rubber is also listed as an option. Choose the insulation arrangement for each tube rather than specifying only the overall pair size.
Length and End Options
Listed supply lengths extend from 1 to 50 meters. Custom dimensions and nut-fitted ends can be requested. When finished connections are required, specify the end treatment and nut details as part of the assembly.

Catalog supply length: 1–50 m. Select each tube against the equipment requirements.
Application and Selection
Use the equipment manufacturer’s tube requirements to select the pair. A capacity label alone does not establish the correct tube diameters, wall thicknesses, or permissible installed length.
For a project involving several unit models, prepare a schedule showing each pair size, required length, and quantity. Identify insulation and end-connection differences separately so they remain visible during quotation and packing.
