Product Overview
Nexnice copper P-traps provide a preformed trap shape for a specified refrigeration piping arrangement. The cup connections join the component to the adjoining tube sections.
The fitting must be identified by its geometry as well as its connection size. Overall height, trap depth, end spacing, and orientation determine how it fits the piping detail. Its location and operating role remain part of the system design.
Product Features and Options
Formed Trap Shape
Use the approved layout to establish the required bend envelope and trap depth. A part with the same connection size can occupy a different installation space.
End Orientation
Identify the position and direction of both ends on the drawing. This is particularly useful where the trap joins vertical and horizontal portions of an assembly.
Tube Connection Match
Specify actual tube dimensions and cup requirements. Confirm the exact fitting series before using dimensional examples from the catalog’s trap illustrations.

Application and Selection
This product should be selected for a refrigeration layout that already defines the trap requirement. A P-trap is not a universal remedy for an operating or oil-return problem.
Provide the relevant piping detail with the inquiry so the fitting dimensions and orientation can be checked against the intended installation.
Ordering Information
