Product Overview
Nexnice insulated copper single coils provide one tube size in a coiled, pre-insulated format. This gives buyers a separate specification for each line when tube sizes or required lengths differ across an installation.
The copper tube and its insulation have different dimensions. Copper outside diameter determines the metal tube size; insulation bore and thickness determine the covering. Keeping those measurements separate helps avoid ordering an insulation dimension as a copper dimension.
Product Features and Options
Individual Line Specification
Order each tube size and coil length separately. The single-coil format is useful when a project schedule calls for different lengths on different lines or when only one tube size is required for the intended assembly.
Tube and Insulation Options
The catalog shows a layered polyethylene insulation construction and offers black rubber as an alternative. Specify the covering required for the selected copper tube, including insulation thickness and any project documentation requirements.
Catalog and Custom Dimensions
Ten tube sizes are listed, with individual wall thicknesses and 1–50 meter supply lengths. Custom outside diameters, wall thicknesses, and lengths may be requested; the finished specification should identify all three together.

Application and Selection
Select the single coil from the equipment’s tube schedule. Check the copper wall and insulation dimensions as well as the diameter, especially where more than one product format uses the same nominal tube size.
If two single coils will serve one air-conditioning connection, specify both lines independently. Pairing two products for an installation does not change the dimensional information required for each tube.
